Reboot Modem Instructions

1. Locate the modem in the building (reference picture below)

2. Unplug the power source until all the lights go out, if the lights do not go out after unplugging power source then there might be a battery plugged in as well. Make sure the battery is disconnected if this is the case

3.Plug the power source back in and make sure all the lights come back on

4. if connection hasn't been restored after rebooting the modem please take notice of the colors of the lights on the modem. If the light labeled US/DS is now orange please inform IT as there might an outage in the area
